Distance sales agreement

English translation for convenience. The Turkish Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi prevails.

1. Parties

Buyer: the person who places the order on pazleather.com, whose name, address, phone and e-mail are given at checkout.

2. Subject

The sale and delivery of the pieces ordered on pazleather.com, whose characteristics and price are shown in the order summary. The parties are bound by Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Pieces, price and payment

The pieces, options, quantities, prices including VAT, shipping cost and total are those in the order summary at checkout and in the order confirmation e-mail, which form part of this agreement. Payment is taken by card through iyzico Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. For cards issued in Türkiye, the instalment options offered by your bank are shown on the payment page.

4. Delivery

We deliver tracked to the address in the order, within 30 days of the order at the latest. If we cannot, we tell you; you may cancel and we refund you within 14 days. Import duties and VAT of the destination country are paid by the buyer.

5. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 30 days of receiving the piece without giving a reason, by writing to info@pazleather.com, and send the piece back unused within 10 days of your notice. Returns from Türkiye with our contracted carrier [Return carrier] are free; returns from abroad are at the buyer’s cost unless the piece is faulty. We refund the total, in one payment and free of charge, to the card you used, within 14 days of receiving your notice.

6. Exceptions

Pieces made to your specifications or personal needs (personalised, custom-sized or in a colour combination made only for you) are excluded from withdrawal (Regulation, art. 15).

7. Faulty pieces

If a piece is faulty you may choose a refund, a price reduction, free repair or replacement (Law No. 6502, art. 11). Natural grain, marks and small colour differences in handmade leather are not faults.

8. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees within the yearly monetary limits; above them, the Consumer Courts after mediation (Law No. 6502, art. 73/A).

9. Formation

Before ordering, you confirm that you have read the Pre-contract information and accept this agreement electronically. The agreement is formed when your payment is received; a copy is sent with the order confirmation e-mail and kept by the seller.
