These terms summarise how buying from Paz Leather Art works. The binding documents are the Pre-contract information and the Distance sales agreement, which you accept at checkout.

Orders

Placing an order means you offer to buy the pieces in your cart at the prices shown at checkout. The contract is formed when your payment is received, and we confirm it by e-mail.

Prices and payment

Prices include VAT. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by card through iyzico Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. For cards issued in Türkiye, the instalment options offered by your bank are shown on the payment page.

Making and delivery

Most pieces leave the atelier in 7–12 business days and ship tracked; see Delivery & returns. Leather is a natural material: grain, marks and slight colour differences between photos and the piece you receive are normal and are not defects.

Returns

30-day right of withdrawal, except for personalised or custom-made pieces. Full details: Delivery & returns.
