Pre-contract information
This information is given before you confirm your order, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. The details of your order (pieces, options, quantities, prices, shipping cost, total and delivery address) are shown in the order summary at checkout and sent to you in the order confirmation e-mail; together with this page they form one document. The Turkish version (Ön Bilgilendirme Formu) prevails if the two differ.

2. Main characteristics
Materials, sizes, colours and other options are given on each product page and in the order summary. Pieces are handmade; grain, marks and small colour differences are natural to leather and are not defects.
3. Price and costs
Prices include VAT. The shipping cost for your country is shown at checkout before you pay. For deliveries outside Türkiye, import duties and VAT charged by the destination country are not included and are paid by the buyer.
4. Payment
Payment is taken by card through iyzico Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. For cards issued in Türkiye, the instalment options offered by your bank are shown on the payment page.
5. Delivery
We ship tracked to the address you give. Most pieces leave the atelier in 7–12 business days; delivery never takes longer than 30 days from your order. Details: Delivery & returns.
6. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw within 30 days of receiving the piece, without giving a reason and without penalty, by writing to info@pazleather.com. Send the piece back within 10 days of your notice — free of charge from Türkiye with our contracted carrier [Return carrier]; from abroad at the buyer’s cost unless the piece is faulty. We refund the full amount to your card within 14 days of receiving your notice.
Exceptions: pieces made to your specifications or personal needs (personalised, custom-sized or made in a colour combination only for you) cannot be withdrawn from (Regulation, art. 15).
7. Complaints
Write to info@pazleather.com. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee within the monetary limits set each year, and above those limits to a mediator and then to the Consumer Court (Law No. 6502, art. 73/A).
